Abstract
Analyzing the actual problems in registration and developed a quick registration system with DELPHI based on the second generation identification card on the basis of NCRE system. It realizes system administration, dictionary maintainence, user authentication, information acquisition, statistics and data processing, increases the efficiency, decreases the manual labor cost and ensures the completeness and accuracy of students＇ information, calibrate the students＇ photo format.关键词
