摘要
Abstract
This paper presents an implementation for 2D-DCT using FPGA. It replaces the adders and multipliers with distributed arithmetic which is based on lookup tables, This design reduces resources and improves the operation speed. The simulation results show that the datas transformed by 2D-DCT are consistent with expectations, which is significant for the digital image and video compression.关键词
