时间交叉模数转换器采样时间误差的补偿算法
Novel method for compensation of timing mismatch in time-interleaved ADC
摘要
Abstract
A novel method to compensate the timing mismatch in time-interleaved ADCs (TIADC) in the digital domain is presented. Based on the principle of timing mismatch, the variable digital fractional delay element is used to compensate the mismatch in the new method, and a good performance is achieved. Compared with existing algorithms, this new method is very easy in conception and has major advantages from an implementation point of view. It is simple and efficient to implement and extend. A farrow structure is adopted to separate error parameters, so this method could easily be combined with the estimation method to build an adaptive system. Simulation results indicate that the proposed method can lead to an improvement of more than 30 dB in the signal-to-noise-and-distortion ratio (SINAD) of TIADC. And the new method is not sensitive to additive noise of input.关键词
