摘要
Abstract
The paper establishes an index system about evaluating the technological innovation capabilities of Shaanxi equipment manufacturing industry. Based on the relevant data and by the use of principal components analysis, the technological innovation capabilities of equipment manufacturing industry in Shaanxi province are analyzed quantitatively. Some suggestions to increase the funds of research and development, raise the technological innovation ability of enterprises, are put forward so as to provide some reference for improving technological innovation capacity of equipment manufacturing关键词
