摘要
Abstract
There is no independent legal law and regulation of rural land expropriation in our country currently, so the present rural land system arrangement results in the loss of farmers＇land rights and interests, the separation of rural land expropriation compensation system from the guarantee of losing land farmers rights and interests. In view of this situation, it is pointed out that rural land expropriation system in our country needs corresponding reform urgently. Therefore, some concrete measures are put forward so as to improve rural land expropriation legal system under the background of urbanization.关键词
