摘要

Abstract

Based on agent market simulation, the bidding game process of generation companies is depicted in the market environment with carbon dioxide emissions rights trading. In this paper, the Simulated Annealing Q-Learning algorithm (SA-Q-Learning) is used to simulate the behavior of generation companies to pursue maximum profit, and the market clearing results are given. Then, the influence of carbon emission rights trading mechanism on the operation of the electricity market is analyzed. The simulation and calculation show that the agent generation companies can make favorable bidding decision according to state change with aim of obtaining maximum profit after considering carbon dioxide emissions rights trading, whose implementation can also promote the development of clean energy.
