Abstract
Near-field scattering measurement is one of the major methods in the field of scattering measurement. In order to get the scattering distribution of the target, a kind of imaging algorithm is proposed, and the algorithm will be derived in details in one-dimensional and two-dimensional space. Eventually, the algorithm is proved theoretically to be feasible.关键词
