摘要

Abstract

In the condition of RF front-end open and to achieve instantaneous frequency measurement for the signal within DC-10 GHz bandwidth range, it uses design scheme of ultra wideband digital frequency measurement receiver based on multi-rate under-sampling signal processing. Also it simulates the frequency resolving algorithm of three different sampling rate using Matlab tool. The simulation result shows that frequency measurement accuracy can be up to ±3 MHz and error probability is less than 3× 10-5. While the signal-to-noise ratio of input signal is 0 dB and FFT operation points of all sampling channels are 1 024. It overcomes difficulties of instantaneous frequency measurement in DC-10 GHz range with the direct application of Nyquist sampling.
