Abstract
With the development of digital construction in colleges and universities, scientific documents information management system is an important method to improve the school's digital library level. This system can alleviate their burden and offer more convenient service to a great deal of teachers and scientific and technical workers. According to actual requirements, a scientific documents information management system solution is proposed, the development and design of function and flows are introduced, and how to develop some characteristic functions is described. The operation situation of this system is discussed.关键词
