摘要

Abstract

In order to effectively improve network performance and resource utilization, and make information exchange more straightforward, a LTE-A cross-layer design of admission control based on resource utilization control is presented. The method considers resource utilization and QoS satisfaction jointly, propose a cross-layer design method. Compared with existing ones, this method not only can improve resource utilization but also can meet the QoS needs better. The final simulation results show that the design can effectively improve the network performance and meet the various quality of service.
