摘要

Abstract

The paper designs a closed environmental temperature auto-control system based on C8051F020 MCU. The semiconductor cooling system is placed in a closed environment. The C8051F020 MCU is used to control refrigeration, heating and different power operation of semiconductor chilling plate. Buttons is used to input temperature data. Collection of closed environmental temperature data and outside environmental temperature is realized by DS18B20. Basic state data display and control is completed by TS160Z LCD. Auto-control environmental temperature is realized by PID algorithm. The experimental results show that when environmental temperature is set, the system can achieve auto-control of environmental temperature and temperature control precision is +0. 2 C
