摘要

Abstract

A design of mobile video monitoring terminal was realized based on the hardware platform of S3C2440 and Linux operating system. The hardware platform and software solutions of the system were designed. The monitoring terminal receives H. 264 video stream via a wireless network under RTF protocol. The method to deal with the disorder and loss appearing as receiving the video packets in the case of the unstable network is proposed. The video stream is decoded and the monitored scenes is displayed with the help of open source decoding library ffmpeg. The experiments show that monitoring terminal has the features of high flexibility and portability, and better real-time monitoring result for QCIF resolution.
