摘要

Abstract

With the development of the family-type Femto home base stations, large numbers of Femto base stations have e-merged, but the Femto base stations in existing network need to spend a lot of time and effort It is a new challenge. Therefore, Femto should need self-configuration capability. When Femto begins to work, automatically listening around the adjacent cell information (frequency, scrambling code, etc. ) is expected. The strategy of self-configuration with neighbor list is proposed to solve these problems above. That is, PCCPCH RSCP value of the adjacent cell is calculated to select several best cells as their own neighbor cells. In the process of configuration, Femto cells and macro network cell was considered. In order to effectively lay the foundation for the cell switching, two-way re-election of the macro network, scrambling codes and self-configuration of power are adopted.
