摘要

Abstract

When series inverter operates in resonant state, the natural turn-off of switch component can be easily achieved. It can not only save the turn-off driving circuit of the switch component and simplify the inverter design, but also minimize the switch loss of the switch component. In order to ensure the half-bridge series inverter operating in the resonance state and make the switch component work in the natural commutation state, the zero-crossing and peak double-factor detection method is adopted to determine if the switch component in a inverter circuit is turned off naturally or not. Thus it can control the switching point of the switch component and make the inverter circuit work in the resonance state.
