摘要
Abstract
Nowadays each country in the world has put much material resources and manpower into the research of ITS. As an important part of ITS, the electronic police system is significant in ruling the drivers, avoiding traffic accident, raising the level of executing the traffic law and improving transportation efficiency. Embarking on the actual existence questions existing in electronic police system, a solution is proposed in the systems control and the vehicle examination. The control system and video detecting system based on the embedded system, which consists of video collection, image processing, system control and network unit are introduced.关键词
