Abstract
Extract process of black rice pigment were studied via orthogonal experiments,and the stability of the extract were investigated.The research studied the effect of dyeing methods,concentration of dyestuff,dyeing temperature and dyeing time on K/S and obtained the optimum dyeing process.The optimum extract condition was pH3,50% ethanol as extractant with ratio of material to liquid 1∶20 for 60min under 60℃;Dyeing of ferrous sulfate and pigment in one bath could achieve deeper color.The satisfactory dyeing effect of silk can be abtained by using concentration of black rice 40%,concentration of ferrous sulfate 4%~6%(owf) for 60min at 60℃,and color fastnesses of the dyed fabrics is satisfactory to some extent.关键词
