Abstract
The research is to obtain the best preparation by using gelatin-arabic gum as wall material,preparation of berberine hydrochloride microcapsules microcapsules to study the process of preparation of microcapsules,the amount of emulsifier,skin-core ratio,emulsification time,curing time,the emulsion temperature,stirring speed factors that affect the preparation of the microcapsules.The results showed that at the emulsifier concentration of 0.5%,skin-core ratio of 5∶12,the emulsification time 150min,curing time 120min,emulsifying temperature of 50 ℃,stirring speed of 1200r/min,the average particle size of microcapsules and the embedding rate are at best value.关键词
