摘要

Abstract

Collapse was occurred when crossing shallow gully at DK1790+988-DK1791 +013 in Tianshan new section No.3. To ensure safety in collapse treating,comprehensive treatments were adopted after analyzing the reasons and comparing solutions, such as the technology of surface grouting from the outside of the tunnel collapse, the advance supporting using of long tube roof and double-layer grouting with small duct while the tunnel non-excavation are taken;excavating reserved core soil;treating the collapse segment after strengthening both ends of the collapse segment and so on. Coordinating the geological prediction, monitoring measurement and other technical means, the tunnel collapse was prevented effectively and constructed smoothly. These technologies are useful for preventing tunnel collapse and treatment.
