摘要

Abstract

In smart grid framework,smart meter not only can improve economy,reliability and safety of smart grid,but also realize self-healing and interactivity.Because of the time transfer in GPS and the superiority in wireless data transmission of GPRS,the functions of smart meter was studied,then the scheme of smart meter was proposed based on GPS and GPRS.It adopted the strong anti-interference ability AVR microcomputer as the processor,selected high-precision ATT7022B to measure and process parameter,chose suitable GPS and GPRS module.The result showed that the smart meter can meet the smart grid measurement and realize interactive function,and can be used for analyzing accurately the data of temporary and steady state.
