Abstract
A new method of analysis of benzoic acid and sorbic acid in foodstuff was developed by condition optimization based on the self-constructed micro-column liquid chromatography system.Benzoic acid and sorbic acid were completely separated from each other in 6 minutes.Compared with traditional HPLC,an obvious reduction of analytical time and mobile phase was obtained.Good linear correlations was available between the peak areas and concentration ranging from 1mg/L to 25mg/L,and the correlation coefficient are 0.9999 and 0.9997,respectively.The recoveries of benzoic acid and sorbic acid were in 94.7~ 103.1%,and the relative standard deviation were 1.12% and 1.29%,respectively.This method can be applied to the determination of the benzoic acid and sorbic acid in foodstuff with good results.关键词
