离子色谱法测定香菇中的亚硫酸盐

摘要
Abstract
A method for determination of sulfite in Lentinus edodes by ion chromatography was established.Ionpac As 19 was selected as the separation column and 20mmol/L NaOH was used as eluent.After diyested with deionized water and filtrated with 0.45μm pinhead percolator,the samples was injected and analyzed.It shows that this method has a good relativity（r=0.9994）,relative standard deviations and recoveries are 0.9%～2.1% and 97.0%～102.0%,respectively.The method is proved to be rapid,accurate and practical.关键词
