摘要
Abstract
This article attempts to describe some changes in the late Qing -Dynasty and during the Republic of China . The modern state regime construction is one of important variables to the change of rural politics in Chi- na. The article tries to depict how to change rural politics in the process of the modern state regime construction and it will present some specific changes in this field.关键词
