Abstract
With the development of economic life, scientific technology and new carriers, disputes caused by will forms and the effect of the different will forms have risen. The existing regulations in Law of Succession are una- ble to meet the needs, difficult to solve many problems in judicial practice. For this reason, China should take legislations of other countries into account, pay much attention to China＇ s actual conditions, and improve legis- lation on will forms.关键词
