摘要
Abstract
The primary tasks and objectives to build ＂two-oriented society＂ and the development of recycling economy are the echelon use of resources recycling. This paper summarized the main achieve- ment and problems of circulation utilization construction in the City of Wuhan, and puts forwards which benefit to circulation utilization construction such as dynamic comparative advantage mecha- nism, the information platform relation mechanism, throws the financing market mechanism, the prop- aganda education mechanism and the technical innovation mechanism.关键词
