Abstract
Compared with the English Scitech periodicals of nonuniversity research institutions, the impact factor, immediacy index and overseas paper ratio of the English scitech periodicals at Chinese universities are lower, the number of the periodicals recorded by SCI and EI is comparatively smaller on the whole and the starting time relatively later and publishing frequency longer. In an age of increasing internationalization of academic exchange and research, to promote the rapid development of the English scitech journals at universities in our country, we should act on the following strategies： highlighting the specialty of periodicals, strengthening the networking construction of periodicals, expanding the journal internationalization level, making clear the responsibilities of editorinchief, standing on a high starting point and finding the very breakthrough.关键词
