滚刀式秸秆粉碎装置的设计及试验研究
Design and Experiment on Hob Field Straw Chopping Device
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] This paper aimed to introduce a mixed type and grid guided hob straw chopping device in order to solve problems of large power consumption of the completely unbraced incision, reduce dust and improve bad working condition, etc, which would be advantageous to the straw return and downstream industry development. [Method] We analyze of the key parts construction and design parameters. By orthogonal test analysis, we got a set of optimal parameters on effecting work quality. At the same time, the machine made with those parameters was proved to be rational by field test. [ Result ] According to the field test, the straw length qualified rate is 93% and stubble height is 103 mm when the advance speed is 5 km/h, rotation speed is 1 100 r/min, and the angle of inclination is 30°. All these satisfied the design requirement. [Conclusion] Researching this machine could promote the development of utilization cotton straw and renewable resources. However, other straws research remains to be further studied.关键词
