摘要
Abstract
Carcass characteristics of pasture feeding and house feeding were significant difference.Many indexes were remarkably difference（P0.01）,including live weight,carcass weight,net meat weight,bone weight,leaf fat weight,dressing percentage,skin weight,loin eye area,large intestine length and weight,small intestine length and weight,fat weight,head weight,hoof weight,blood weight,stomach weight,liver weight,lung weight,kidney weight and heart weight.However,meat bone ratio and spleen were nonsignificant difference（P0.05）.关键词
