摘要
Abstract
Objective To detect the bone mineral density( BMD ) and bone metabolism in male senile patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD )in order to discuss the correlation between this disease and osteoporosis in senile population. Methods Detection was made in BMD, bone mineral content( BMC ), serum calcium( Ca ), phosphorus( P )and serum alkaline phosphatase( ALP )of 35 male senile patients with COPD and 35 healthy male senile people. Comparison was made in the detection results between the two groups. Results The levels of BMD and BMC in the COPD group were obviously lower than those in the control group. There was no significant difference in serum Ca, P and ALP between the two groups. Conclusion The BMD of the senile patients with COPD is lower than that of the healthy people,and the former population has a higher risk of osteoporosis.关键词
