Study on the Performance of Listed Real Estate Companies Based on DEA-FCE
摘要
Abstract
This paper combines the advantages of DEA and FCE methods to construct the DEA-FCE model for the real estate listed companies performance evaluation. We select 25 listed real estate companies, use their financial and non-financial indicators, gather the weighted average of the last five years data, and evaluate their comprehensive company performance; The results show that China Vanke (A), Cosco Development rank in the top, while Yukaifa, Xingye Housing rank in the bottom.关键词
