Abstract
Whether it is from inductive reasoning of management theories or deductive reasoning based on potential science, symmetric management can be developed. Symmetric management plays a leading role in three-dimensional taxonomy. This paper analyzes the symmetric mechanism in three-dimensional taxonomy and focuses on interactive development law between Scientific Management and Humanistic Management, Management by Problems and Management by Objectives. Symmetric management and scientific taxonomy open up a new approach for logicization and scientification of management theories.关键词
