An Integrated Object-Oriented E-government System Model based on Cost Optimization
摘要
Abstract
Contrasting to the traditional functional and object-oriented integrated e-government system model, this paper develops a cost model for e-government user and government based on transaction cost theory, and provides quantitative comparative analysis. The analysis shows that the intergrate object-oriented model can reduce the total social cost, especially the user's cost with the increase of number of egovernment users. The paper also demonstrates that the object-oriented e-government system model has practical significance through the application "birth insurance payment system" in shanghai and Kaifeng, Henan.关键词
