游戏情境中对话式师生交往关系的构建
Construction of a Dialogue-like Teacher-student Relationship in Play Situations
摘要
Abstract
Harmonious relation ship between teachers and students is the cornerstone of the realization of educational function. In the new era of our social transformation, traditional teacher-student relation- ship fails to adapt to the new social conditions. So we need to construct a new type of teacher-student rela- tionship, in which teachers and students are encouraged to join in the educational activities with a spirit of play. As equal subjects, teachers and students communicate and exchange in the relationship of "you and I", and interact effectively through dialogues on the basis of mutual understanding. As a general guiding principle, the construction of this type of dialogue relations between teachers and students will contribute to the overall improvement and healthy development of the teacher-student relationship.关键词
