5种防治鱼病药剂对水螅的急性毒性
Toxic Effect of Five Kinds of Drug for Preventing and Curing Fish Disease on Hydra Robusta
摘要
Abstract
In this paper,the studies on the toxicity of five kinds of drug for preventing and curing the fish disease by using of Hydra were presented.The results show that all these drugs could not only influence the normal life activity of Hydra,but also cause in numerous deaths.After 48 hours,the LC50 values of drugs for Hydra were determined respectively：copper sulfate was 0.855 mg/L,metriphonate was 431.44 mg/L,enrofloxacin hydrochloride was 403.85 mg/L,sulfamethoxazole was 1 478.61 mg/L and sodium choiride was 2 036.09 mg/L.关键词
