论长三角区域生态治理政府间的协作
On the Intergovernmental Collaboration on Ecological Governance in Yangtze River Delta Region
摘要
Abstract
As one of the strongest area with highest general competence,the Yangtze River Delta region enjoys rapid economic growth but suffers from increasing issues of ecological governance.Governments in the region are facing a series of problems such as weak cooperation concept of ecological governance,imperfect ecological compensation mechanism,imperfect interest coordination mechanism and a single performance evaluation system.Facing with the problems,the governments within the region are required to renew concepts,establish a ＂win-win＂ interest coordination mechanism,legal mechanism,ecological compensation mechanism and improve evaluation system of government achievement so as to promote collaboration on ecological governance.关键词
