失业大学生压力源及压力反应的实证分析
Empirical Study on Stressor and Stress Response of Unemployed University Graduates
摘要
Abstract
To learn the source of stress and stress response of unemployed university graduates,the study made up a preliminary questionnaire.Results show that there are four factors within the stressor questionnaire：＂expectations for employment situation and concerns in job market＂,＂lack of confidence＂,＂competition＂,and ＂social comparison and family member＇s attitudes＂.There are seven factors within stress response questionnaire：＂negative emotions＂,＂negative self-assessment＂,＂tension and sensitivity＂,＂fickleness and confusion＂,＂guilty＂,＂poor health＂ and ＂finding another way out＂.There is significant positive correlation between stressor and stress response of unemployed university graduates.More efforts should be made to reduce stressors,lower stress level and reduce stress responses of unemployed university graduates from the point of view of unemployed university graduates,their families and friends.关键词
