Abstract
The ASME reference curve which is the lower bound of K values measured from numerous large - scale fracture toughness experiments of RPV steels was used to calculate the fracture toughness for the structural integrity assessment of RPV. The ASME method will bring conservative results to the probabilistic structural integrity assessment of RPV, statistical analysis of plane - strain static initiation toughness , Kic, and plane - stain crack - arrest toughness, Kia, with 3 - parameter Weibull distribution and lognormal distribution respectively, a new statistical model of RPV steel fracture toughness is provided.关键词
