摘要

Abstract

Integrity assessment of heat exchanger tube includes residual strength assessment and residual life assessment, which were discussed respectively according to heat exchanger tube defect types and its damage mechanism. As an application form of integrity assessment technology, the heat exchanger tube plugging criteria was also delivered. The present application status of integrity assessment technology in refinery was introduced and some problems were discussed. For further application of integrity assessment technology in refinery hear exchanger, some key subjects on integrity assessment study were suggested.
