摘要
Abstract
Based on the experimental data, an failure analysis about the causes of the dissimilar steel weld joints rupture in the rear platen superheater tube of a large power plant boiler has been done. The results demonstrated that the enriched carbon layers around the melting line, residual stress and stress concentration leads to a premature failure of the dissimilar steel weld joints, and the retrofitting measures are introduced to ensure the safe operation of the power station boiler. At the same time, it can also supply references to the failure analysis of the similar structure boiler heating tubes.关键词
