Abstract
The competition in the market of medical devices is increasing these years. Although many product suppliers have to reduce their tender prices, they hold the more control of service and pricing rules for the advantage of ownership of technology, staff and spare parts. The "new" game focus, after-sales service, between manufacturers and hospitals is becoming more and more outstanding. The game between upstream and downstream can be affected by various elements. The game exists in the control of each element and the synthesis of these elements. The quality control center of medical devices not only has made a series of strategy for the game, but also called for the enhance of awareness of the game, investment of the necessary "force" and the use of multi-party technical resources, which lead hospitals to form a balance of powerful situation in the game.关键词
