德尔菲法在医疗设备售后服务满意度调查指标体系建立中的应用
Application of Delphi in the Establishment of Medical Equipments Service Satisfaction Survey

Abstract
Objective The application of Delphi is to get the index values, which can be used to evaluate the quality of medical equipment after-service. Methods We chose 16 management experts of medical equipments in Shanghai. They gave the values to 15 indicators which are about medical equipment after-service. According to Delphi method, this consultation was carried on 3 rounds. We statistic and analyzed these data. Result After three rounds of consultation, we got the reference values of 15 indicators of medical equipment after-service survey. The results are reliable and can be used to evaluate the quality situation of existing medical equipment after-service. Conclusion this is a new attempt to use the Delphi method to establish the basic values of quantitative indicators in the medical equipment after-service satisfaction survey work.关键词
