摘要

Abstract

Objective The application of Delphi is to get the index values, which can be used to evaluate the quality of medical equipment after-service. Methods We chose 16 management experts of medical equipments in Shanghai. They gave the values to 15 indicators which are about medical equipment after-service. According to Delphi method, this consultation was carried on 3 rounds. We statistic and analyzed these data. Result After three rounds of consultation, we got the reference values of 15 indicators of medical equipment after-service survey. The results are reliable and can be used to evaluate the quality situation of existing medical equipment after-service. Conclusion this is a new attempt to use the Delphi method to establish the basic values of quantitative indicators in the medical equipment after-service satisfaction survey work.
