胎儿监护分析库的研发
Research and Development of Data Base for Fetal-monitoring
摘要
Abstract
Objective To develop a cardiotocogragh curve data base for fetal monitoring. Methods Based on the C++ Builder 6.0 as the integrated develop environment, the data base was designed, which could display the CTG curve, the analysis results and the score. Results Analysis and calculation of 19 parameters and 5 grades were achieved. Multiple binary dat file could be opened and read simultaneously, and the results could be calculated and output in turn in an Excel spreadsheet. Conclusion The data base designed simplifies CTG analysis base, and can be run on a handheld fetal heart equipment for the STV analysis. The data base can be customized according to the different needs of users, the calculation function of the monitoring parameters can be provided to the professional users for a targeted analysis.
