动脉血气分析计算机辅助诊断软件的开发和应用
Development and Application of Software for Analysis of Arterial Blood Gas

Abstract
Objective To develop a computer software for the analysis and diagnosis of arterial blood gas, which could not only estimate respiratory failure, acid-base disturbance quickly and accurately but also offer treatment recommendation. Methods The software was written with VB 6.0 and the database was set up with Microsoft SQL Server, which was suitable for the operating systems of Windows 98, 2000, and XP. The knowledge base and reasoning base were built with correlated knowledge and formula. Results The software was made up of functional modules such as those for the analysis of arterial blood gas results, the clinical information, almost 20 calculating results, the shift of oxygen dissociation curve, the arterial blood gas graph, and also offered treatment recommendation. In clinical practices, it showed quick estimate of respiratory failure, acid -base disturbance, and also offered treatment recommendation. Conclusion This software has a friendly interface, and is easy to be operated and capable of giving reliable results accurately and quickly, and could be referred by clinical doctors in diagnosis and treatment, and has a great value in clinical practice.
