摘要

Abstract

The study was to explore the chemical composition of essential oil from Centipeda minima(L.)A.Br.et Aschers,and provide the scientific basis for its further rational exploitation and utilization.The chemical composition of essential oil of C.minima was extracted by simultaneous distillation and extraction and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The relative contents of each component in the volatile oil were obtained by normalization of peak areas.66 sets were separated which took up 95.106% in the essential oil,and 55 components were identified which added up to 91.668% of the volatile oils.The main compositions of esential oil from C.minima were trans-chrysanthenyl acetate(41.361%)、10-acetoxy-8,9-epoxythymol isobutyrate(5.422%)、thymol(3.389%)、3-isopropyl-4-methyl-3-pentene-1-yne(2.644%)、caryophyllene oxide(2.509%)、(1s)-6,6-dimeth-yl bicyclo(3.1.1)hept-2-ene-2-methanol acetate(2.613%)etc.
