烤烟新品种YH05的选育及其特征特性研究
Selection and Breeding of Flue-cured Tobacco New Variety YH05 and Its Characteristics

Abstract
Flue-cured tobacco variety YH05 of male sterile hybrid was developed by crossing MS8610-711 as the female parent and X-347 as the male parent tended to develop a variety with lower nicotine level in its leaves, higher quality, multiple disease resistances and good flavor or aroma. YH05 is cylindrical , and the growth vigor in the field is rather strong and has good holding ability, its leaf ripening is very uniform, and the whole field growing period is around 130d. The average yield was 27 123. 50 kg/hm2, and the average output value was 19 141. 95 Yuan/hm2; the average percentage of superior leaf was 27. 87%. The flue-cured leaf has good appearance quality, the average weight per leaf was 12. 2 g; nicotine conlent of the variety was relatively lower, the nicotine contents in the cured leaves of grades B2F, C3F, X2F were 26. 26% , 20. 85% , 21.47% respectively and all lower than those of the CK (K326); and levels of other main chemical components were similar with those of the ck. The smoking test results showed that the smoking quality of flue-cured leaf of YH05 was fairly good. YH05 was resistant to TMV, black shank, bacterial wilt and moderately resistant to PVY, but it was moderately susceptible to Alternaria alternate, CMV; its resistance to TMV was obviously superior than that of K326. The variety is suitable for growing in soils with medium fertility and in the field withhigher incidence of black shank and TMV.关键词
