3种报春花属植物的核型研究
Karyomorphological Studies on Three Species of Primula

Abstract
Karyomorphologically studies were carried out on three species of Primula by conventional pressed slice method. The results were as follows. The number and karyotypes of metaphase chromosomes were formulated to be 2n =2x =2m +4sm + lOst for Primula pseudodenticulata Pax, karyotype type is 3 A. The number and karyotypes of metaphase chromosomes were formulated to be 2n =2x -4m + 16-sm + 2st for Primula denticulate ssp. Sinodenticulata, karyotype type is 3A. The number and karyoty-pes of metaphase chromosomes were formulated to be 2n = 2x = 4m + l0sm + 4st for Primula capitata ssp. Sphaerocephala, karyotype type is 3B.关键词
