Synthesis of N,N-dimethylaminopropylacrylamide modified hydrogen silicone oil

Abstract
Amino modified silicone was prepared by the hydrosilation using N,N-dimethylaminopro-pylacrylamide and hydrogen silicone oil as materials, chloroplatinic acid-isopropanol as catalyst, and toluene as solvent. The dosage of toluene was 1.5 times of the sum mass of hydrogen silicone oil and N,N-dimethylami-nopropylacrylamide, the mass of inhibitor was 0.5% on the mass of monomer, the mole ration of hydrogen silicone oil and monomer was 1:1.1, the catalyst amount was 50x10-6 on the mass of reactant, and the hydrosilation was carried out at 120 ℃. The structure of the polymer was analyzed by IR. The result indicated that the amino group introduced into the side chain of hydrogen silicone oil, and the amino modified silicone oil was prepared.关键词
