摘要

Abstract

An aqueous dispersion of nano-ATO was prepared by sand grinder and ultrasonic dispersion. The effects of pH, types and amount of dispersant on particle size and stability of ATO dispersion were discussed. The property of the dispersion was characterized by Zeta potential.particle size analysis and sedimentation experiment. The results showed that the particle diameter could be reduced by sand grinder and ultrasonic dispersion. The sodium polycarboxylate dispersant had the best dispersion effect for the dual roles of steric hindrance and electrostatic stabilization, and stable dispersion could be obtained. It was applied to the antistatic finish of polyester and good results (static voltage half-life <2 s, reached standard A) could be obtained when pH=8 and the dosage of sodium polycarboxylate was 0.6%.
