The Building of Baiheliang Engravings Underwater Museum and the Protection of Underwater Cultural Heritage
摘要
Abstract
＂Baiheliang Engravings＂ is a kind of Three Gorges historical documents.It is called ＂The No.1 Ancient Hydrometric Station in the World＂ and ＂Records of Humane Studies＂.When three gorges reservoir area increase to 175m normal impoundment level,the stone will be submerged in the Yangtze River.In order to protect the authenticity and integrity of the precious underwater cultural heritage,the Chinese government built a depth of more than 40m underwater ruins museum in the world.It provides a successful example for international protection and displays.The Chinese government not only reasonably introduced the latest international underwater cultural heritage protection concepts and technologies but also insisted on innovation according to the concrete characteristics of underwater cultural relics in China.In a word,the Chinese government has gradually built the protection system on the underwater cultural heritage.关键词
