基于ASD成长模型下我国女性科技人才成长分析——兼以湖北省为例
An Analysis of the Growth of Women Scientists Based on ASD Growth Model——Based on Hubei as an Example

Abstract
Women scientists are personnel structure of China＇s important strategic resources,which can innovate our country＇s development and realize the transform of econony growth.Through pwblic sector of hubei prowince＇s talents women survey in-depth interviews with ASD growth model comparison for the analysis of gender it founds that women in our country exist inadequate planning of system dering the adjustunent phrase＇,inadequate innovation of technology in the choosing phriuse and inadequate environmeat building the developing phrase.Taking Reform and innovation as the guidance,it gives priority to the development of gender differences in science and technology personnel into the decision-making,give priority to women innovative personnel system,adjust the priority structure of female scientists female scientists＇ and improve our environment for the growth and development in onder to gender equality in science and technology development.关键词
