摘要

Abstract

This paper introduces the general principle and steps of hierarchy analytic process and applies it to enterprise employee recruitment, quantifies the sex, age, education level and working experience of employeecandidates by quantitative and qualitative analysis, makes comprehensive evaluation on the employee candidates, and calculates comprehensive scores to rank the candidates from excellent to inferior in order to let the enterprisesrecruit employees by selecting the excellent candidates. Practice proves that hierarchy analytic process provides an effective method for the enterprises to recruit excellent employees.
